I purchased the outdoor ring security camera with built in spotlight and solar panel about six months ago and extra battery about 6 months ago.

If you have not already try unplugging and plugging the solar panels back in to the cams. On the mounting plate pop the rubber weatherproofing plug out of its hole. As long as the battery is not draining quicker than a charge can apply the solar panel should certainly be working. Check to make sure your stick up cam is powered on.
